Sunday, June 8th 7-8pm  Meditation Class – Mantras and Malas

We were all amazed by the meditation workshops last week in Healing Week at White Flame Company.  Akeshi Sueyoshi was entertaining, informative and left an impression on us all that makes us all smile to talk about those nights!!  I have had so many rave reviews of Akeshi Sueyoshi’s classes that I asked him if he could do just one more class before returning to Japan.  He said YES!!  So this Sunday night at 7pm make sure you don’t miss his fabulous class on Meditating with Malas and Mantras. 

This class will focus on Buddhist meditation with mantras and using prayer beads…many of you were admiring Akeshi’s prayer beads…we will have a huge assortment of prayer beads available before class and they will all be blessed.  You can choose from wrist malas or full malas.
